About Me

As a queer trans guy, I have seen and experienced my fair share of the fitness industry's problems. This is what ultimately lead me to become a personal trainer. I want to offer a safe and supportive space where any person can train comfortably, regardless of background or experience level. For me, exercise is one of my greatest tools for managing my mental health, and it can become yours too! In a world that's constantly rushing forward, a gym routine can offer a stable, controllable factor to your lifestyle, which can be really helpful.

I will always be happy to train anyone, regardless of goals, though I specialise in gender-affirming body recomposition, pastoral correction, strength & conditioning, lower back pain, and injury rehabilitation.

You can always rest assured that I make no assumptions n as to why you want to exercise or what your goals should be. I will always prioritise your needs, safety, and enjoyment above all else. My approach to fitness and exercise is wholeheartedly holistic, meaning I will listen and create a programme and/or session that takes into account more than just your current ability: I will account for lifestyle, energy levels, whether you have a period, physical activity level, mental health, current or prior injuries, and individual biomechanics.

In-Person Personal Training

In these sessions, you train with me on a 1-to-1 or small group basis at either a commercial or private gym.

Our sessions together will be tailored to you with a personalised program. This will allow for us to monitor your progress, keep account and most of all give you guidance on what to do when I'm not there!

There will be an initial two-week trial period where you can see whether I am the right person for you to help you achieve your goals. You will pay for these first two sessions on an ad-hoc basis. If you find that you want to continue training with me, we will switch you to a monthly payment plan.

Expect fun, engaging and functional workouts, as my aim is to get you strong and confident with gym-based exercise.

If you would like to train with another person, you will just split the session cost, the more the merrier!

Online Coaching

Online coaching can be a really easy way to make exercise sustainable by allowing your programme to fit in with your current commitments.

As with all my programmes, they are completely tailored to you. I don't use a 'cookie cutter' approach: each programme is written based on a detailed information-gathering session, followed by an intake form.

Out of all my services, this is the most flexible and affordable option that I offer.

Online coaching is a great option for those folk who can't train with me in person but still want close monitoring and support.

I will write you a personalised programme and you have the choice of weekly or monthly check-ins.

In these check-ins we will talk about how your sessions are going, if any adjustments need to be made to your plan, and how your progression towards your goals is going.

I also offer one-off personalised programmes that are designed around progressing you over time with interchangeable exercises to choose from, making this programme endlessly repeatable. This is a one-time purchase that you can use again and again as you incorporate it into your own workouts.

There is an option to have one-off sessions accompany your programme if you wish, for example to test your rep max's or to have an exercise technique session. These would be done on an ad-hoc basis.

This is best suited for the general population, however, It is purposely designed to be low-impact and accounts for folks with lower back pain.

This is where I can assist you more closely when it comes to managing your nutrition in relation to your programme.

Due to the complex nature of this service, the amount of input required depends on your goals and health history.
