About Me
As a queer trans guy, I have seen and
experienced my fair share of the fitness
industry's problems. This is what ultimately lead
me to become a personal trainer. I want to
offer a safe and supportive space where any
person can train comfortably, regardless of
background or experience level. For me,
exercise is one of my greatest tools for
managing my mental health, and it can become
yours too! In a world that's constantly rushing
forward, a gym routine can offer a stable,
controllable factor to your lifestyle, which can
be really helpful.
I will always be happy to train anyone,
regardless of goals, though I specialise in
gender-affirming body recomposition, postural
correction, strength & conditioning, lower back
pain, and injury rehabilitation.
You can always rest assured that I make no assumptions n as to why you want to exercise or what your goals should be. I will always prioritise your needs, safety, and enjoyment above all else. My approach to fitness and exercise is wholeheartedly holistic, meaning I will listen and create a programme and/or session that takes into account more than just your current ability: I will account for lifestyle, energy levels, whether you have a period, physical activity level, mental health, current or prior injuries, and individual biomechanics.

In these sessions, you train with me
on a 1-to-1 or small group basis at a
private gym.
Our sessions together will be
tailored to you with a personalised
program. This will allow for us to
monitor your progress, keep
account and most of all give you
guidance on what to do when I'm
not there!
In-Person Personal Training
There will be an initial two-week trial period where you can see whether I am the right person for you to help you achieve your goals. You will pay for these first two sessions on an ad-hoc basis. If you find that you want to continue training with me, we will switch you to a monthly payment plan.
Expect fun, engaging and functional workouts, as my aim is to get you strong and confident with gym-based exercise.
If you would like to train with another person, you will just split the session cost, the more the merrier!
Online Coaching
Online coaching can be a really
easy way to make exercise
sustainable by allowing your
programme to fit in with your
current commitments.
As with all my programmes, they
are completely tailored to you. I
don't use a 'cookie cutter'
approach: each programme is
written based on a detailed
information-gathering session,
which includes (where possible)
the same strength and mobility
assessment as 1-1 personal
training.
Out of all my services, this is the
most flexible and affordable
option that I offer.
Online coaching is a great option
for folks who can't train with me in
person but still want close
monitoring and support. You will
get a personalised programme via
my app and have the a weekly
check-in via video chat.
In these check-ins we will talk
about how your sessions are going,
if any adjustments need to be
made to your plan, and how your
progression towards your goals is
going.

Programmes
I used to offer one-off
personalised programmes,
however, I am moving away
from these as I now use a super
easy-to-use app that allows me
to programme my clients more
accurately and efficiently.
Therefore if you are looking for
programmes I would
recommend the online option to
train with me, the level of care
and detail far exceeds what I am
able to achieve from just a one-
off programme alone.
In the near future I do intended
on creating some more readily
available programmes that are
designed for a specific purpose,
like top surgery prep or knee
rehab.
Nutrition
If you are looking for a
weightloss specialist, I am not
your guy, although I will happily
recommend other safe coaches
who do this much better than
myself. I do however offer
nutrition guidance around meal
planning and assistance for
clients who are looking to get a
more consistent meal routine.
I have a stong stance on food
neutrality and this informs my
advise and guidance.

This is best suited for the general population, however, It is purposely designed to be low-impact and accounts for folks with lower back pain.
